The four-side sealing packing machine with upper and lower film design is an automatic continuous packaging equipment. Two film rolls are mounted on upper and lower stations respectively. The upper film and lower film are pulled synchronously, then sealed on four sides after product placement, followed by slitting and finished bag output. Clients can group PE/PET, laminated paper freely as needed, there are PID temperature controller, which is compatible for different thickness and quality films without any sealing issue. 

It adopts special designed mold structure for four side sealing to make sure it is firmly sealed and pressed to escape most extra airs inside, tool steel for the mold, therefore, it is firmly sealed and sucessful to pass the EO sterilization, meet medical supplies strictly packing requirements. 

Equipped with PLC and touchscreen control system, the machine realizes adjustable speed, bag length and sealing temperature. It delivers consistent sealing quality with clean and wrinkle-free seal edges. It is very easy to operate and maintain. 

It is designed as 2 feeding lanes to speed up, only one worker can operate, but speed will be double as single lane, speed will be 40-80 bags per

minute,

Application: Medical disposable products (syringes, masks, catheters), small hardware, daily consumables, food flat sachets. Optional devices: Inkjet printer, scrap edge collection unit, vacuum system, nitrogen flushing unit. Molds can be customized according to customer’s product size.
