This automatic surgical glove wallet‑style packaging machine is a specialized integrated packaging solution designed for medical surgical glove inner wrapping, fully compliant with medical GMP production standards and sterile packaging requirements. It combines with host folding part, glove transfer mechanism and collection bin 3 parts, all of these 3 parts are customized and compact design for surgical wallet wrapping.

Different from fully automatic glove packaging equipment, this machine adopts manual glove loading on customized wrist flipping mechanism as the front‑end feeding process, which ensures accurate glove positioning and effectively avoids deformation and dislocation of thin surgical gloves during packaging. After manual sleeving, all subsequent core processes are completed automatically, including automatic wrist flipping, paper roll unwinding and precision cutting, then moving for wrapping, glove grisping, clamping and positioning and standard wallet style folding. The one‑step integrated workflow greatly simplifies production procedures and improves packaging consistency.

Equipped with high‑precision servo control system and stable mechanical transmission structure, the machine features stable operation, accurate folding sizing and low failure rate. It adopts medical‑grade packaging paper compatible with sterile surgical gloves, realizing neat, flat and standardized wallet‑type inner packaging, which lays a solid foundation for subsequent four‑side sealing and outer pouch packaging. All are controlled with high sensitive sensors to make sure the precision positioning and packing, and alerting for the defaults.

Featuring compact structure, easy operation and convenient maintenance, the equipment supports packaging of all common sizes of surgical gloves.
