This automatic PE‑gloves folding and packing machine is specially designed for mass‑production packaging of disposable PE gloves. It integrates glove feeding, auto‑folding, bag‑making, sealing and finished‑product output into one compact unit.

Equipped with high‑precision servo‑driven folding mechanism, the machine delivers neat, consistent folding results and stable counting accuracy. Human‑machine touch‑screen interface enables easy adjustment of operating modes, packing quantity and running speed etc. There are fixed rods to assist place the gloves, change the rods placement can change the glove sizes, compatible for many different glove sizes to get same packed sizes. 

Main body adopts sturdy carbon‑steel frame with food‑grade contact parts, suitable for food‑service, household, industrial and medical‑grade PE gloves. It can work in‑line with glove‑making machines or run as a standalone unit, greatly cutting manual labour cost and improving production efficiency. Optional configurations include date printing, waste‑edge removal and multi‑lane output to meet diversified production requirements.

1.  Folding and Packing 2 in 1 machine It can realize the one-step process of material automatic feeding,  folding, filling,  sealing and cutting. No manual intervention, cleaner and more hygienic. More uniform packaging
2. Film roll holder Resonsonal film roll holder linking to the packing machine, make sure the film rolls can be fully stretching and walks smoothly.
3. Material feeding tray   Adopting 2 station design, fix the gloves to the tray according to the glove shape. Manual put piles of the gloves to the tray, then automatic suck gloves to the folding area for folding.
4. High quality hardness cutter   Good quality cutters, make sure the neatly cut. Optional zig-zag waving tearing cut or triangular scissors opening as customized
5. Automatic filling and sealing     Linking with folding machine. After last folding, the inserting board will insert the folded gloves into the forming bag directly, make sure the gloves will not loose and bad will be closest to manual pack bag.   Stardard sealing type is four side sealing, can be customized as 3 side sealing.
6. 3 or 4 side sealing, small pocket packing, can be one or two pcs per bag.
