This high‑speed double‑layer PE glove making machine is fully automatic equipment designed for manufacturing disposable PE gloves. It adopts double‑layer film synchronous feeding technology and integrates unwinding, tension control, heat sealing, die cutting, scrap removing, counting and finished product stacking in one process. Optional to equip with the automatic water tearing trimming device, can trimming the wastes neatly and fastly, save in time and labor cost. 

Adopted PLC and servo drive system with HMI touch screen, which is very easy and convinient in parameter setting for glove size, running speed and sealing temperature. Independent tension control for two rolls of film effectively prevents wrinkling and deviation, lowering the defective rate during high‑speed continuous operation. Adopt customized mould as client's requested glove shape and size, then die cut, just change the mould if change glove size and shape. 

With solid machine frame and precision processing moulds, the equipment runs stably for long‑time continuous production and requires less maintenance. It is a preferred high‑efficiency production solution for disposable glove manufacturers.

Machine Details:

1.  High Speed Double Layer Making Machine It can realize the one-step process of material automatic feeding,  folding, filling,  sealing and cutting. No manual intervention, cleaner and more hygienic. More uniform packaging
2. Film roll holder 2 layer rolls designed, compact and snug designed, each layer film with belt to tighten for smoothly unwinding and feeding. Independent tension control for two rolls of film effectively prevents wrinkling and deviation, lowering the defective rate during high‑speed continuous operation.
3. HMI + Servo Controller System   Powered by PLC and servo drive system with HMI touch screen, the machine features easy parameter setting for glove size, running speed and sealing temperature.
4. Customized Glove Mould   Each machine equiped with 2 layer customized bronze mould, which will be evenly heating the films and die cut the required glove shape.
5. Automatic counting and stacking   Designed with automatic counting and stacking function, which is very convinient for medium pack or secondary packing. And there are optional with heat blocking device for 2 pcs clipped together, therefore, it can be high speed for 1 pair packing. And it is optional to link with automatic waste trimming device for fully autoamtic production line.
6. The machine is compatible with LDPE, HDPE and TPE raw films, widely used to produce disposable gloves for food processing, catering, household cleaning and sanitary protection.

Packaging and Shipment 

Every shipment will be packed with export non‑fumigated wooden box, before putting into export carton, will be fully stretch wrapped with plastic strech films to make sure it is firmly protected enroute. Ane there will be cardboards to every corner to prevent the machine from crushing. and when putting into the export cartons, will use small blocks to firmly sturdy fix the machine to the export carton.
