This fully‑automatic production line is dedicated to bottled toothpick mass‑packaging. It combines bottle sorting, quantitative counting, filling, capping, labeling, coding and finished‑goods discharging in one workflow, achieving unmanned operation from feeding to final packages.

Controlled by PLC, it delivers stable running, accurate counting and variable‑speed production. Food‑grade stainless steel is used for all product‑contact components to meet global food‑safety requirements. It supports flexible setting for fill volume and bottle sizes, with built‑in fault detection & alarm for jam, material shortage and defective capping.

Adopting mature mechanical transmission and intelligent counting control technology, the equipment realizes high-precision quantitative filling of toothpicks, effectively avoiding material shortage and overflow problems. The automatic bottle arranging and feeding mechanism ensures stable and continuous bottle delivery, while the precise servo capping system completes tight and standard screw capping, with stable sealing effect and no loose caps or leakage.
