Core Working Process

1. Manual bulk feeding of saliva tubes into the vibrating sorting hopper for automatic alignment and single-row separation;
2. Servo feeding mechanism quantitatively sends one pair of chopsticks into the packaging channel;
3. Packaging film/paper roll is unwound, shaped into a sleeve bag via forming mould;
4. Longitudinal heat sealing + transverse cutting finish bag sealing and separation;
5. Optional inkjet printer prints production date, batch number and brand logo on the package;
6. Finished products are conveyed out automatically with real-time counting.
