This fully automatic disposable chopstick packaging machine is specially designed for single-pair or single chopstick independent sealed packaging, widely used in disposable bamboo/wood chopstick factories, catering supply industries, hotel and takeaway tableware production lines.
It completes the whole process automatically, including automatic feeding, positioning, printing, film wrapping, heat sealing, cutting and counting, which greatly reduces manual labor and improves hygiene standards and production efficiency. It is compatible with various packaging materials such as OPP film, laminated paper and food-grade packaging paper, and supports customized logo printing and adjustable packaging length and speed to meet different product specifications.
Equipped with PLC control, touch screen operation, frequency conversion speed regulation, photoelectric sensing positioning and automatic fault alarm & stop functions, the machine features stable running, precise sealing, low failure rate and easy maintenance. It effectively prevents empty bags and defective products, ensures consistent packaging appearance and sanitary isolation of disposable chopsticks, extending shelf life and meeting food safety requirements

4.Packaging For Shipment

we adopt wooden case as package type. It's suitable for long-distance transport. Before wooden case packing, will use the stretch film to wrapping the whole machine to ensure of firmly packing in the wooden case whichout moving and crushing.

5. Install a hopper for packed products
