Sayok's Model SN-280A is a multi lines four side seal packing machine, it is compact designed for Car Fragrance Tablet, Drying Tablet, Mosquito Fragrance Tablet, Hotel Soap, Drying Tablet, Aromatherapy Tablet and Compressed Biscuits Cookies etc flat square blocks' packaging.
This four side seal packing machine adopts color touch screen operation, which is very easy to do the setting adjustment, easier for workers to operate and setting. And it is an intelligent packing machine controled by servo motors, the machine is more stable in use.
And the feeding device is customized according to actual products, clients can customize the feeding lines according to actual requirements. The film roll holder is large & strong enough to hold the film, though it is 6 lines, it can be handle firmly.
Separate PID temperature system, easy to control the temperature, clients can be freely to choose plastic film, AL film or other laminated film.
More, clients can optional to add liquid filling system, adopts high quality pump, dose the liquid filling, which is very friendly for car fragrance tablet, mosquito pad etc products need liquid filling. Once you produce the product no need the liquid filling, just close it from screen.
