1. Kazakhstan
Products Explicitly Prohibited for Import
- Weapons and Explosives: All types of military and civilian firearms, ammunition, explosive devices and related
parts and components. Such products are absolutely prohibited from import. Special government permits are
required regardless of end use, and they cannot enter the market via ordinary trade channels.
- Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances: Covering narcotic drugs, psychoactive substances and their precursor
chemicals, as well as related utensils for ingestion and processing. This category is under highly sensitive regulation
in Kazakhstan, and any form of commercial circulation is strictly banned.
- Pornographic and Undesirable Cultural Products: Including printed publications, audio-visual materials with
adult content and certain adult products. Relevant goods will be directly intercepted by customs and are key targets
of cultural censorship.
- Cultural Relics and Historical Heritage: Works of art, antiques, archaeological relics and cultural heritage of
historical value. Import and export of such items are subject to approval by competent cultural authorities;
otherwise, they shall be deemed illegal cross-border circulation.
- Counterfeit, Shoddy and Infringing Goods: Counterfeit currency, forged credit cards, blank financial cards,
copycat branded goods and replica luxury products.

2. Uzbekistan

- Politically Sensitive and Obscene Materials: All publications and audio-video materials that may endanger

and cultural compliance review has become increasingly stringent.
- High-risk Technology and Security Equipment: Portable laser equipment and related products, including laser
pointers, star pointers, laser flashlights and high-power laser devices.
- Other Restricted Products: Explosives and detonation devices, unmanned aerial vehicles, ethanol, slot gambling
machines, used vehicles failing to meet Euro 3 emission standards, household electrical appliances with energy
efficiency grade G or F, and incandescent lamps with power exceeding 40 watts.

- Ozone-depleting Substances and Environmental Protection Products: Refrigerants, industrial gases and related
chemical products. Import is subject to approval by national ecological and environmental authorities and
