-For the adjustment of the chain tension of the chain gearbox, please refer to the instruction manual of the stepless gearbox.
The operator should regularly check the fastening parts for looseness and lubricate the gears, racks, sprockets, chains and screws, etc.; - The machine should be cleaned and wiped regularly.
-Should often clean, wipe the machine cover, table surface and other external surfaces, keep the machine clean.
Second, then the electrical part of the maintenance:
-Pillow wrapping machine operators should always check whether the wire at each joint is loose before starting the machine;
-Dust and other tiny particles may also affect some of the functions of the packaging machine, photoelectric switches, proximity switches of the probe falling dust easily make it appear false action, so it should be frequently checked and cleaned;
-Detailed parts of the machinery is also the focus of cleaning, such as regular use of soft gauze dipped in alcohol to clean the surface of the cross-seal electric slip ring, to remove the surface of the carbon powder; (Note: Be sure to cut off the power supply when cleaning)
Some parts of the pillow packaging machine can not be changed arbitrarily, non-professionals shall not open the electrical part of the frequency converter, microcomputer and other control components of the parameters or programs have been set up to change at will will cause system disorders machinery can not work properly.
Third, the last is the pillow packaging machine lubrication:
-Rolling bearings are machinery in the more serious parts of the wear and tear, so the rolling bearings should be about two months with a grease gun to refill the grease once;
-Packaging film rollers on the bushing, feeding conveyor front sprocket at the bushing should be filled with 40 # mechanical oil at the right time;
-Gear bite operation is also very important, the gears should be timely injection of 40 # mechanical oil;
-Chain lubrication is the most common, relatively simple sprocket chain should be dripped at the right time with a kinematic viscosity greater than 40 # of mechanical oil;
-Clutch is the key to the start of the packaging machine, the clutch part should be added at the right time lubricating grease.
Machinery is composed of many small parts to a piece, once some places are bad, may affect the operation of the whole machine, so the pillow packaging machine routine maintenance and maintenance is very important!
